Bran Muffins
20 oz. pkg. raisin bran cereal
1 c. Wesson oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. milk
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
5 c. flour (I use 2 c. white and 3 c. wheat)
Mix all ingredients and bake in muffin tins at 400 for 18-20 minutes. Extra batter will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to six weeks.
