One bag frozen boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
One 16 oz jar Mayo
5 tsp fresh or dried basil
1 cup finely chopped cashews
1 cup coarsely cut celery
2 dashes of Montreal steak seasoning
2 dashes garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Boil chicken. Chop to preferred size. Combine and serve on rolls, fresh bread, or fresh lettuce leaves. (She is the kind of cook who doesn't measure anything. . . . so these are all guest-a-mates, and she says you have to TASTE everything to know if it is right.)
