8 oz plain yogurt
1-2 cloves of minced garlic (You can use garlic powder, but it won’t be as yummy)
¼ cup shredded or minced cucumber
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and let set 15 minutes. Better the next day! Use as sauce for gyros or dip for left over pita.
