Green Salad

Green Salad
6 slices bacon (cooked & broken)
8 oz fresh mushrooms
8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella
1 head lettuce
½ bag spinach
1 red onion, chopped
Mandarin oranges or strawberries (opt.)

Dressing:
3/4 C. Sugar
3/4 C. Oil (olive or vegetable)
½ C. Vinegar (red or white)
3/4 Tbsp. Poppy seed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Mix dressing a few hours before using so the sugar will dissolve completely. Put dressing on salad just before serving.
