2 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking powder
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups flour
2 cups chocolate chips
Nuts (optional)
1 cup coconut (optional)
Cream butter, eggs, and sugar. Add soda, salt, and baking powder. Stir in oatmeal, followed by flour. Add chips, nuts and coconut.
Bake @350 for 8-12 minutes.

This is a recipe I got from a friend after eating them at her house - they are fabulous! I especially love adding coconut!
